Hey everyone!

We have one large room + an office, altogether for $260! The Flat is located in Newlands!

We are a group of 3 working professionals looking for one other to join us! (23F, 24M, 27M). We enjoy playing games, painting 🖼 and also having our own time.

The flat is located in Newlands, 10min walk to number 52,58,56 bus stops, and a 15min walk to Johnsinville centre with Number 1 buses. We have a dryer/washing machine, single bed and off street parking! 🚗

As the flat has 2 lounges (one lounge has the bedroom coming off from it) we are proposing someone can take over the lounge aswell as bedroom (could use the living area as a bedroom and bedroom as an office etc) as we don’t use the second lounge much. The second lounge can be completely closed off, so you have complete privacy (hopefully my diagram helps)

If not you can also opt to rent the single bedroom for $224!

Move in date would be mid November, however this is flexible 😀

(No pets or couples allowed sorry) however, we do have a friendly cat who visits 🐱
