This is a warm dry tidy two bedroom townhouse minutes from Trentham Train Station. It is also only mins from Fergusson Drive and the motorway if you need to go into town.

There is a new heatpump, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is well stocked with a fridge, a vertical chest freezer, many cookbooks, several tea sets and lots of storage. There is a large pantry to share and a linen cupboard above the dishwasher.

Cozy lounge with google tv, bookshelves, puzzles and games. The lounge gets lots of afternoon sun. The covered private courtyard has some greenery and is a nice place to relax after work or in the weekends. Outdoor furniture to come.

New shower head with reasonable pressure, bath and new bathroom fan. Lots of storage behind mirror and under vanity.

Big room with lots of afternoon sun. Large double wardrobe. Could fit a Queen bed. The single bed in the photo not included used to show size of room.

I am a Lawyer who enjoys spending time with friends, cooking and making crafts. I enjoy relaxed socialising with friends with good food and conversation. This is not a party house. I am looking for someone respectful, considerate and reliable. I would appreciate someone who likes a balance of hanging out and having our own space.
