We are offering one cozy bedroom in our spacious four-bedroom abode. The room easily fits a queen bed and has a built-in wardrobe. The room can come with a single bed if needed. Please note that the bathroom will be shared among you and two other flatmates.

The house itself is fully-furnished, so you only need to worry about what to put in your bedroom. The property also boasts a large sunny deck, perfect for some summer relaxation.

There is ample space within the property to park your car, either in our spacious garage or within the gated property.

We are located close to Waiuku town, about 2 minutes drive (or 20 min walk) to the town centre, and 20 mins drive to Pukekohe. The house is fully fenced and offers plenty of privacy.

Rent is $250 a week; plus bills which will be split per person.

Move in costs = $500 bond + $250 rent in advance = $750

You will be sharing the house with a mother and son in their 50s and 30s, both work full-time jobs.

About you? We are ideally looking for someone who works full time.
