About the room
Hi, I have a room available from the 31st of October untill the 31st of December.
This lovely modern flat is located on Cargill Street, Dunedin. It offers excellent location (right behind the Meridian Mall) and is close to everything - hospital, campus, city centre, you name it! This is a 5-person 3 floor flat. There is a toilet on each floor, so you will only have to share bathroom with one flatmate. Very modern and clean; easily one of the better flats out there in Dunedin. The room is on the first/middle floor, which has the biggest balcony of all the rooms, where you can enjoy the beautiful views of Dunedin. Gets good sun ☀️ Room is fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, heater, balcony, bedside table, 2 drawers. The closet also has plenty of space.
Weekly rent is $190 + utilities. Feel free to message me if you’re interested or have any question!
About the roomies
There is currently 5 students, but most of us will be leaving over the summer holidays
