(Room can be furnished or unfurnished). A handy spot near the beach and bus stops, the house has almost everything you might need. It’s a tidy, 1930s brick place with new carpet, some fresh paint and a new oven. There’s a big backyard and separate laundry/storage room. The room itself is a great afternoon sun trap and has a small built-in wardrobe to store your stuff.

You’ll be living with me - I’m late 30s, employed full-time, have embraced my old-lady self and confess to a love of growing my own vege and playing golf. I’m fairly quiet round home and prefer to go out instead of hosting social situations. Looking for a clean and tidy housemate. I’m open to short or medium term. Rent is two-weeks in advance.
