It is a large house on a back section with a big garden, a veggie garden, and chickens. The flatmates share the main bathroom; there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are bus stops nearby, shops around the corner and a supermarket about 1 km away. The university is about 2.5 - 3 km away, and there is a bike available to use.

The (female) owner works from home, there is a large dog and two cats, so you cannot be allergic or scared of pets. The flatmates are usually people of various nationalities on working holiday visas or students at the university. There are chickens and a large veggie garden and we cook together as a flat.
