4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. We are making two bedrooms available and so there will also be a guest room. The rooms can be furnished, both have queen beds in at present. Recently renovated - spacious, modern, and warm! Double-glazing, high-pressure showers with plenty of water and a fire for those cold, cozy winter nights. Good-sized sunny lawn and plenty of off-street parking. Close to bus stops for the 52, 57, 58 and 1 bus routes to Wellington. 10-minute walk to Newlands shops, 30 minute walk to Johnsonville mall or Newlands City fitness. 15 minute drive or 30 minutes on a bike to Courtney Place. So really handy for lots of things.

We are a 60+ couple with two dogs, who enjoy good company, a social drink and travel. We are looking for open-minded, open-hearted people, who are clean, tidy, don’t mind dogs, and pay their bills on time, to join us and make use of what is otherwise a big empty house. We want them to look after the house when we are not here.

We are happy to accommodate any age but will not accept smoking in the house. We are offering two options:

1. $250 for a large bedroom using the house bathroom, $300 for a couple.
2. $300 Master bedroom with ensuite and large wardrobe, $350 for a couple. There will be no other expense to pay other than your own food, although the house will always be stocked with the basics of milk, flower, seasonings etc.
