A decent size room is a available in 1 unit in 14 May St, Hamilton East. The room have king single bed, beddings, table, oil heater, & cabinet.
a. $200/week + bills/utilities ($30 average/week) though it will be split monthly. This includes internet, power, water & use of kitchen equipment (stove, oven, fridge, ricw cooker, air fryer)
b. You will be sharing with 1 working guy 8-5, Mon to Fri.
c. The house have threadmill, bench press & dumbells free to use.
d. The house is near bus stop, walking distance to Waikato University, Wairere drive, 4 Square & Ruakura Exit.
e. 1 week advance, 1 week deposit. Total move in cost is $400.
