Hi! I rent my from the 21st of November until the 10th of January (7 weeks) - I rent because I go overseas
$275 / week - including bills!
The room is fully furnished! Double bed, desk, and big wardrobe
Very well located in the heart of the mount area, only 2-3 minutes from the beach (perfect if you want to surf). Very homey house, also very bright. We have 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms (with dryer), a balcony and a small garden with a beautiful avocado tree. The kitchen is also pretty big (with dishwasher).
If you are thinking about it, send a short blurb about you and info on when you would move in/out.

About the roomies
You’ll share the flat with 3 more people, Andrew, Luca and Marina, very friendly and chill persons :) all workers in their 30s
