Spacious, unfurnished room available in a two-person flat located 10 to 15 minutes’ walk from the University, the Octagon and the supermarket. There is some basement storage space, and the flat is managed directly by very responsive and reliable landlords. Fibre has been installed.

I’m 32 years old (F), work full time and tend to keep to myself around the house, but am definitely up for a chat, a movie night, or an impassioned book discussion over a cup of tea.

Looking for a flatmate around the same age who values a tidy, quiet home, pulls their weight with the chores, and speaks up if something’s bothering them so we can sort it out.
