💰 RENT The room is $320/week for a single or $450/week for a couple (bills normally come up to about $20-25 a week). The bond is $1,090.

🏡 YOUR ROOM / OUR HOME The room is MASSIVE (4.5m x 5.6m) and leads to a sun-soaked patio. Plus, you get your own bathroom and toilet ~ Upstairs, you’ll find a modern kitchen, a spacious lounge, and a gorgeous balcony overlooking the ocean.

🌊 🚌 YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD: ŌRĀKEI Our location is hard to beat — minutes from the water, across the road from a bus stop (12 minutes to town), and around the corner from the train station (re-opening January 2024). We’re also a short walk from F45 Gym, Silky Otter Cinemas, and delicious eateries (@Junoon Indian). And Mission Bay is a just minutes away!
