Rowell's room

This is a new built property located near Northcote Central and is very accessible with a bus stop right at your doorstep. Located very close to food shops and the supermarket and a 10-minute walk to AUT. Also has easy access to the motorway or a short bus ride to Akoranga Station where you can hop a single bus ride to Auckland CBD or Albany in the North. The room is brand new with an ensuite. It has its own entrance and balcony providing full privacy. It comes with a single bed, a 4-drawer tallboy, a desk & chair with a lamp and vertical blinds. We can provide a microwave if required to heat / cook food as we are unable to share a kitchen and other areas as our family will be living upstairs and would prefer some privacy. We can add the private use of the covered garage with additional space and the full use of washing machine with an added cost.

We are a family of four with a spare room at the ground level of a brand new 3-storey home. We prefer someone who is clean and a responsible renter who pays on time. A non-smoker who enjoys quiet living as we cannot afford to have the room as a party place. This would suit a student or a single professional. We are responsible and good at looking after the property well and we expect the same from our potential flatmate.
