Access to the apartment is a few steps from the street on a flat section. Bus stops to and from the city are right outside. Shared costs $20 per week. Occasional parties only. A short walk to Hataitai shops and Kilbirne shops, Kilbirnie swimming pool, and Evans Bay. The room available is pictured with a dining table in it in one picture and also with a queen bed in another picture.
Existing flatmates are at work full time.
No pets or smokers.
