I am looking for a female roomie for this sunny room on the east side of the house with your own large bathroom to share with one other (female) roomie. The ideal roomie needs to be in full-time employment, professional, or travelling. Short term OK. On street parking. Very quiet house. Only tidy, clean, responsible independent person apply please. Brookside Terrace is a much sought after location as it’s such a quiet street but it’s also only 10 minutes drive from town / university / and/or the airport. This room is $265 per week for rent including power and unlimited wifi. The house has 2 “wings” with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, on each wing. They are separated by the large sitting room and kitchen, laundry, etc. making it ideal for renting as everyone gets their own space and privacy. It’s private, sunny, and comes complete with bed linen towels, comfortable Queen bed, bedding, electric blanket, drawers, built in wardrobe, door lock. Just a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and about 5-10 minutes walk to local shops and restaurants and takeaways, supermarket, pharmacy etc. The large house is in a peaceful quiet street in Bryndwr, with large grounds at the front and back of the house. There is a laundry with a washing machine and a washing line. There are only 2 other roomies including myself. I am a mature woman, like tidy and clean house. I have my own wing and you and the other roomie, who is a young IT professional have the other wing. You and she will be responsible for cleaning your own bathroom.
