About the room
We are looking for a long term flatmate to join us in our heritage villa centrally located within a hidden pocket of character homes in uptown Eden Terrace. The room is a large double bedroom with inbuilt wardrobe and shares a bathroom with one other (female) flatmate.
A central Heat Recovery Ventilation system keeps our home dry and warm and we also have unlimited fibre internet so you can binge on your choice of video content. There is a shared lounge at the front of the house and a large sunny outdoor decked area at the rear.
Our ideal flatmate is a professional who enjoys life, is smart and has loads of integrity, and is respectful of being in a shared home. No couples, pets or smokers.
About the roomies
We are professionals in our late 20’s to early 40’s. While this is not a party house we do like to have the occasional sit-down dinner.
