Great location, only a 10 minute walk away from the Mornington shops and street is on bus route that goes directly into town.

House is a character villa with living room and kitchen extension. It is well insulated and has two heat pumps, one brand new!

It gets sun all day, so you can enjoy the garden which has good privacy. The street is very quiet and peaceful.

I have a lovely cat which is quite shy and not keen on other animals, so not other pets sorry. I also have a friendly labradoodle who does not live in the house but stays and visits occasionally, so you must be ok with animals.

Looking for someone mid twenties - mid thirties, female, who is respectful of the house and other flatmates, either working full time or postgrad student.
