Tara's room

Hello! We’re a group of 3 female students in our early 20s who are looking for someone to move into our flat who is around our age when our current flatmate moves out in mid-December. Rent is $280 per week (including utilities). We are located in Remuera and are an 8min walk away from the bus stop (40min max bus ride to the CBD).

The room itself is unfurnished. It is upstairs and is cosy and sunny. The room has a wardrobe but we highly recommend you bring under bed storage as the room and wardrobe is small (please note photos are taken in 0.5x to show the whole room). If storage is an issue we also have free closets around the house. The house is furnished and comes with utensils we all share. We also have a friendly cute cat called Spooky, so no other pets please.

We are a very social flat, who often enjoy being in each others company. We like to go for walks, watch tv together in the evenings and tend to go on little adventures, but we are also mindful of each others space. We are LGBTQ+ friendly.
