About the room

Looking for fabulous mature (female) flatmate to move in to our home with us. Preferably someone who is working.

Share with two professional women (60 and 23) and two cats. 23 year old (daughter) lives in bedsit under the house with her own cat, comes up for meals and to do washing - so basically the flatmate would only be sharing the main house with me upstairs.

I’m in a long distance relationship with a lovely man who lives in Wellington. We visit each other when we can so sometimes there is a man in the house (and sometimes I’m away).

I’m a research librarian in the city, my daughter is an account manager for insurance company.

We’re both easy going and friendly, appreciate privacy, but are also welcoming. We’re not a party house, but up for socialising. My daughter Meg is quiet but friendly, and keeps to herself. I’m often up for a chat over a glass of wine or a cuppa tea.

We have a lovely deck, outdoor furniture and barbecue - great for summer entertainment.

Quiet street in Windsor Park, on bus routes; near Constellation Dr bus station for connections to the City, around the Shore and out West; loads of shopping centres (Sunnynook, Mairangi Bay, Wairau Park, Albany, Milford, Takapuna); gorgeous beaches, malls, restaurants, takeaway places.

$240 pw (including bills) Bills - power, unlimited broadband, water, lawn mowing (one less chore for us).

We get our lawns mowed, but we clean our own home. So household cleaning/chores are shared.

Move in costs 1 week in advance ($240), plus 2 weeks bond ($480) = $720 No couples, other pets or smokers.

Available from 13 November.
