This is a very warm, light room in a quiet house (double glazed, back section with a garden). Very convenient location. Close to airport, 30 minute walk to university, choice of 3 bus routes nearby #8, #120 & #29. 10 minute walk to Jellie Park and all its facilities. The room is furnished slightly differently from the picture. It includes good size wardrobe, double bed and all linen, chest of drawers and desk.

The room suits students and internationals looking for a safe place to stay. Its not really suitable for couples, sorry.

I am an older, professional woman who enjoys reading, pilates, walking, playing pool & cards, and outings to the theatre or movies. I also meditate.

I eat a gluten free and thyroid friendly diet, make my own yoghurt. So it is easier to sort ourselves out seperately for meals.

A friendly if skittish, six year old outdoor cat also lives here 😼
