It’s a 3-bedroom house with large lounge & decent kitchen space. The house is fully furnished, apart from you will just need to furnish your own bedroom. Nice sunny outdoor deck area which is sheltered & furnished, with a decent garden area.

We will have a spare room which will be used as a shared office space & you are welcome to use the spare wardrobe in there if you require extra space for your clothes or just general storage (:

Bond is $560 plus one week in advance ($840 total move in cost)

Single female in early 30’s. Works full time & studies part time. I have a medium sized dog called Nelly and a cat (so you must LOVE animals).

Extremely tidy & house proud. Enjoys chilling out in the evenings & likes the house to feel like a home Not a party/ super social household.
