Short term stay now til mid May 2024. Own private ensuite room in brand new house. Own fridge and light meal cooking area (small oven, griller, induction cooktop, pot, pans, kettle, cup, utensils) free for usage. King single bed will be provided with blanket, pillow, sheets, towel. A table and chair. Rent $350 per week (includes Gas, Water, Power, Unlimited internet). As you can see the room open out to private garden. Decking will be done (in plan).

Spare room downstairs for rent. We live upstairs. Looking for non smoker with full time job, or full time student. MUST be clean and neat personality. I work full time but my son work from home. No party animal. My place is walking distance to Greenlane countdown and Cornwall park. Very convenient location to city and eateries. We prefer to leave tenant alone to enjoy his own quiet “ME” time. However we are also open for “chit chat session” if tenant wants to. Strictly NO shoes allow in the house.
