The largest room in a 3 bedroom flat, comfortably fits any size bed with plenty of space left over for drawers or a desk! This flat is located in sunny mount Victoria, with a large lawn that is shared with the upstairs tenants. Close to a major bus route and with permit parking available! A quick 10-15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, and a dairy right around the corner!

Please note that this room cost is currently being subsidised until the lease ends mid February, and will go up should you choose to continue the lease 😊

Both current tenants are males in their mid 20s, one works as a doctor, and the other in conferencing and events at Intercontinental. We work full time but still enjoy hanging out when our rosters match up! We like to chill out and read on our days off, one is big into outdoor activities so we’re always open to new ideas!
