Move in anytime from now till mid-December. Looking for a long term flat mate.
The house has been recently renovated with new carpet and double-glazed windows, heaters, oven, and dishwasher all new. We have a large deck and yard with a stunning view and beautiful sunlight throughout the day.
The room is large and has a built-in wardrobe and some extra storage cupboards plus a brand-new wall heater.
We’re located at the top of the hill in Melrose. Lyall Bay, Kilbernie, and Newtown are all within walking distance. We all work in the CBD and the bus trip is also extremely convenient.
