Hi everyone! We have an enormous bright and airy king sized bedroom available mid April. Room will be unfurnished but the use of the pictured wardrobe is fine if needed. The 5 bedroom, two bathroom property is enormous with spaces for everyone to enjoy inside and out, secluded lawns, vege gardens, deck with amazing views overlooking the gorgeous valley. The bedroom leads out into the super cute and sunny tv nook which is like a cozy second lounger. Expenses are included, unlimited fibre, water, gas cooking and power. An internal garage carpark can come with the room as well or there is plenty of off street parking. Bus stop to city is a 5 minute walk, beautiful bush walks and parks all around.

We are a relaxed and friendly bunch of three, all respectful quiet and considerate and enjoy the tranquility and privacy this gorgeous home allows. I’m Jen, 42, ex chef, friendly introvert, artistic, spiritual, into leather crafts, woodworking, I also love restoring antiques and collecting vintage/retro stuff. Megan is from Ireland, 27, recently arrived after travelling around Asia and she is into yoga, animals fitness and exploring NZ 😊 My 17 year old daughter Meg lives at home every second week and is in her final year at Northcote college. I have the best cat ever named Jae who has extra toes and will melt your heart. No other pets I’m sorry. Please message for more info.
