Great location easy distance to Town, shops, beach, safe neighborhood. Good neighbour’s, room is unfurnished but I will try find some furnishings once room mate moves. There is 2 roadside parks available, shed space you can use, the house is furnished for you to make use of.

I’m 35year old mature mother of a well behaved 6 year old. Working, respectful , like to keep the place tidy and clean. No drugs/smoking , you can smoke outside. Will have the occasional friends and some drinks but not a party house. Want someone just to make themselves feel at home and do their own thing join in socialise if they want too, but is approachable . I’m easy to get along with. Have good morals.
