Lauren's room

We have a room coming up for rent in our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom flat. Available from the 16th of November. Flat viewings are available most evenings after 5pm.

Double sized bedroom, bathroom shared with one other. Located in Melville (close to hospital). We also have a bus stop at the end of the road.

Rent is $177.50, expenses included. Bond is $590 + $177.50 (1 weeks rent in advance, total move in cost of $768.50)

You will be living with three females between the ages of 26-30, so someone around the same age would be ideal. 1 full time student and 2 full time workers. 1 studying early childhood, 1 working in security and 1 veterinary nurse.

If you are friendly and enjoy a chat like us but still enjoy your own quiet time, then we’ve got the room for you. We aren’t a party flat but enjoy a social beverage from time to time.

You MUST either be studying or be working, pay rent on time and clean up after yourself.
