Hey there! I’m looking for someone to take over my room as of now, you would be taking over my lease from now until jan 2025, or it is available to sublet from now until January 31st 2024.

Currently there is just one person living in this five bedroom apartment (however we are looking for others to fill the other rooms)

Seperate Toilet. ⭐️ 8 minute walk from Cuba (Vic design campus) and a 3 minute walk to Massey University, it is the perfect location for students! ⭐️ 10 minute walk to Countdown, or 15 minute walk to New World. ⭐️Rent is $1,075 which split 5 ways is $215.00 a week each.

The apartment complex is chill and is home to a lot of students. It has served me well for the year, but I have moved in with separate people so I am keen to get someone in my room :)
