Furnished room available to rent/board for approx 12 months in Allenton. Close to Allenton shopping centre.

Wardrobe, bed, side tables, duchess and chair in the room but can be moved if need be.

Someone quiet, non smoker and working full time. No pets but must like animals as we have a cat and 2 high energy dogs.

Newly renovated kitchen, fireplace and open plan lounge.

$200 a week includes power and fibre internet, food can be discussed but will be separate to board.

Myself and fiancee live in our home currently with our two dogs and cat. We are non smokers and enjoy a quiet drink every now and then. We are pretty chill and enjoy a chat.
