We have two large rooms available now…

Room A $325 Per Week - A Master Bedroom, has its own ensuite with a large shower, basin, vanity, and toilet. It also has floor-to-ceiling mirrors, a large wardrobe as well as a walk-in wardrobe. It has a heat pump/air con, ceiling fan, and plenty of windows.

Room B $235 Per Week - is a Beautiful Large Sunny Room with a sliding door onto the verandah, it has a large wardrobe with a mirror and plenty of windows. This room features a beautiful open view of the gardens, lawns, and trees. It’s a stunning place to wake to, having a cuppa on the outdoor chairs and table, with the Tūī’s, Kereru, and Tīrairaka singing to the morning sun.

Both bedrooms are large with plenty of sunlight, both with spacious wardrobes and there is plenty of parking space available on the property.

Our home is a welcoming, serene, and well-maintained abode, inhabited by friendly and kind flatmates who are professionals who all work but enjoy connecting when we can. As the head tenant, I’ve been here for 6 years, I have a healing clinic and work from home. We’re looking for a mature professional, preferably 35+, who is kind and considerate of others, respectful, loves animals (the dog, the cat, and the chicken), is good for a yarn, is clean and tidy, and enjoys a quiet relaxed vibe.

Shared Utilities, Expenses & Responsibilities: Utilities and expenses are shared proportionately among the housemates: utilities include power, gas bottles, water, swimming pool expenses, internet, petrol for lawn mower, household cleaning products, etc. As a household we all contribute a couple of hours per week towards cleaning and property maintenance, or housemates can opt to have a professional do their share. We also have quarterly house inspections which we collectively contribute to when they come round.

Move-In Costs: 3 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance are required prior to moving in, total move-in costs for Room A is $1300, and total move-in costs for Room B is $940.
