Room available for someone chill to join our flat in Beach Haven.

✨ The room: Unfurnished, double room with decent wardrobe. sharing a bathroom with one other.

✨ The flat: Cat friendly, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, 2 kitchen areas, office, 3 decks and big back yard, off street parks.

✨ The cost: weekly $240 rent + about $30 for bills (internet, power, water, general cleaning, toilet paper etc). Bond/move in cost is $720 (2 weeks rent + 1 week upfront).

🚪 Move-in date: Flexible September/early October

📍 Area: 5 min walk to bus stop (30/40min bus to cbd), 10 min walk to local shops, 5 min drive to Glenfield mall

About you: We’re looking for a relaxed working professional in their 20s/30s who enjoys the occasional beverage or a cheeky board game.

Unfortunately no couples or dogs.

Currently 2 girls and a guy, but soon to be 3 girls, in our mid 20s/30s, working professionals, tidy, friendly and social but respect each other’s space. Along with my cat Beans who would love to have a cat flatmate to join him. 🐱
