Looking for someone to take over my lease for 2024!

⭐️Rent is $1,075 which split 5 ways is $215.00 a week.
The apartment complex is chill and is home to a lot of students. It has served us well for the year.
About the roomies
In this 5 bedroom flat, a Massey student is living there until the end of January.
