We are seeking two people to fill the rooms left behind by our lovely flatmates who have bought a house!

There is a large double bedroom available that would suit a couple, as well as a smaller single room/study to use however you want.

The rent will be $142.50 p/w per occupant for a couple ($285 total p/w) for the use of both rooms. You will have your own bathroom (toilet, shower and vanity) as well as use of the main shared bathroom that has a bath and the washing machine.

There are two parking spots available, one in the garage and one off street park alongside the house.

You’ll be joining two women in their 20’s, Meg is a student and Frankie works full time. We are both long term tenants here and we are hoping to find someone who is interested in staying here long term as well. We like to keep the place fairly tidy, we aren’t a party house (but certainly don’t mind indulging on occasion), and we are hoping to find people of a similar age or life-stage to join us in our home. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.

The property is on a quiet, community-driven street and has vegetable gardens/lawns maintained by the tenants. We are in the process of re-furnishing the lounge/kitchen areas as our flatmates will take most of their items with them to their new place, so furniture will differ from the photos.

Ideally we are looking for a couple to occupy the master bedroom (and do whatever you like with the spare room), but would consider renting the single room and larger room separately- rent negotiable due to the size difference.
