Hi everyone, we have 2 couple rooms available on the 8th of April in this spacious apartment. It’s located in the Auckland CBD (Auckland Central) area, close to Britomart Train Station and Countdown supermarket on Quay Street. You will be sharing this apartment (kitchen, living room and bathroom) with two other people. The room is fully furnished with bed, pillows, blanket, and a wardrobe (please note that photos in the post are just for reference). We are looking for couples who can move in asap after the available date.

The rent is $450 per week including unlimited internet. Power & water bills will be shared by the end of each month.

Outdoor carpark down the building is available for monthly rental at an additional cost of $80.

Minimum lease 3 months.

Move in cost: 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance.

Note: The whole place (2 bedrooms) is also available for rent for $880 per week.
