Hi everyone, we have 1 couple room available in this 2 bedrooms spacious apartment. It’s located in the Auckland CBD (Auckland Central) area, close to Britomart Train Station, University, and Countdown supermarket on Quay Street. You will be sharing this apartment (kitchen, living room and bathroom) with one couple from Chile. The room is fully furnished with bed, pillows, blanket, and a wardrobe (please note that photos in the post are just for reference).
The rent is $430 per week for a couple including unlimited internet, or $300 per week for a single person. Power & water bills will be shared by the end of each month.
Minimum lease 3 months.
Move in cost: 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance.
