Available furnished or unfurnished room, in single level dwelling with fenced garden/lawn and off street parking. Quiet neighbourhood with great neighbours, away from the main road, but close to motorway, shops, Sylvia Park, 9 minute walk to the bus stop. Newly erected gazebo to enjoy Auckland’s beautiful summer evenings outside.

Rent of $250 per week excludes utilities (electricity, fibre internet, water usage and household sundries/cleaning products) which will be split evenly as they arrive/are needed… OR a flat rate of $290 all inclusive (not food or personal toiletries). Rent is to be paid 1 week in advance and 3 weeks bond ($750) required to be paid in advance prior to moving in.

Newly constructed room with BRAND NEW carpet and curtains. Can be unfurnished or furnished (double bed base & mattress, drawers, lamps, wardrobe only. You provide your own bed sheets, pillows, blankets/duvet, bath towels etc).

No pets, but well behaved, toilet-trained cats who won’t scratch furniture will be negotiable. Sorry, but the fencing is inadequate for dogs.

Non-smokers only. No couples or kids. Mature single females preferred, tidy, responsible and reliable with rent and bills. Clean living - while I don’t mind alcohol/a casual drink every now and then, I have a zero tolerance for recreational drugs.

Single, mature, easy-going late 40’s female in full-time employment, ideally seeking similar. Enjoys movie nights, board games, shared dinners with friends or flatties (but not a must do).
