TWO ROOMS available - one full-time, one weeknights (commuter) only.

Room 1: Good sized room, fully furnished with double bed, dresser, drawers, desk, chair, 2x wardrobes, tv/dvd and HDMI. Can be unfurnished (except wardrobes) if required. $250pw plus $40 power, water, internet etc or split bills 50/50 if preferred.

Room 2: Commuter for WEEKNIGHTS only (not weekends). Primarily a guest room (not desperate to have this room occupied) but available between Sunday nights through to Friday mornings only (doesn’t have to be all 5 nights). Might consider a short term stay, depending on the duration. Nightly rate inclusive of bills/utilities - TBA, depending on the number of nights staying.

Single level dwelling with fenced garden/lawn and off-street parking. Full kitchen/lounge and bathroom. Has gazebo with outdoor dining furniture to enjoy Auckland’s beautiful summer days/evenings outside.

Quiet neighbourhood with great neighbours, away from the main road, but very close to motorway ramps 441 (Princes St), shops, Sylvia Park. Bus stop is a 9-minute walk away, east side/Seaside Park side of the motorway, $10 Uber to Otahuhu station. Convenient for East Tamaki or Middlemore Hospital workers or those in nearby.

NO COUPLES, kids or pets. Sorry, am allergic to cats (as much as I adore them!) and the fencing is inadequate to securely house dogs.

ONE quiet, drama-free­, non-smokin­g & drug-free single occupant only. Mature / responsible and working/employed. Must be tidy and reliable with rent/bills.

Single, mature, easy-going 50 yr old female. Ideally seeking similar single occupant, but more important that we are of similar mindset, regardless of age/gender.
