We have 1 bedroom available to rent from 01/01/2024 in a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom house at 154 Albany Street 3 of the 4 rooms are already occupied by myself and 2 tenants so get in quick to take the other room. Each tenant will pay $140p/w in rent excl. utilities Each room is roughly the same size, big enough to house a queen bed, desk and tallboy. The rooms will also be unfurnished. The house is spitting distance from the union building on campus and the UNIPOL gym No pets allowed and no couples
Bond will be 560 per person to be paid by the 22nd of December 2 Weeks advance rent is required before January as well Rent will then be paid weekly from the 15th of January 2024
