We have a room going for rent available at our lovely and charming flat in sunny Lyall Bay! The room coasts only $160 pw + expenses ($50-80 power and $13 internet monthly). We rather find someone to stay long term, but happy to take work holiday visa holders if you work on finding a replacement for the room before you leave. Two bathrooms/toilets and a recently renovated shower room with tub. The house itself is right across the beach and next to a bus stop, with plenty of free parking on the street. One minute walk to Diamond Deli, 3 minutes to Maranui Cafe, 10 minutes to Parrot Dog, Bunnings, City Fitness, 15 minutes to Lyall Bay Warehouse.Y ou’d be living with 4 others, a couple and two singles, mostly international, social, tidy, and responsible, but also enjoy their privacy and independency.
