Located in the new Malbec Development in Westgate with motorway access just a couple minutes away. No couples or pets.

Must be okay with cats as we have two ragdoll kittens.

Rent is $220 a week plus expenses ($30) Move in costs will be two weeks rent + $500 Bond.
