About the room

We have a lovely large home in St Heliers, 5 minutes walk from the cafes and shops and beach. We live in a quiet valley alongside lots of birds and bush and with plenty of sun in our courtyard and front deck. We currently have a room for short or long term rent. The room is furnished (can be unfurnished) The house has shared communal areas, a kitchen and dining space, large lounge and outdoor areas/decks.

We will ask for a bond 1 weeks rent ($260) for the short term and 2 weeks ($500) for the long term rental.

About the roomies

We are 3 ladies , 2 of us in our 60’s and 1 in her early 30s We would like a another person who is easy to get along with and like minded.
