Hey everyone, my names Connor. Here we have a master bedroom available in sunny Te Atatu Peninsula!

Located 1 min away from motorway access & 15 min from the CBD 🚗 Bus access is super close as well

The room faces north and gets loads of sun in the mornings (photos from the evening)

You’ll be living with myself (24M) and 23M both working professional’s, like to stay active, love the outdoors and love to keep a clean tidy house. So we are not after any party goers, but a nice tidy friendly person of similar age.

Power, wifi, water bill split evenly each month. Plenty of street parting and an off street car park.
