Carol's room

Large furnished sunny bedroom. Walking distance to centre of Balclutha. Off street parking. Fibre, Sky, Power and heating all included in weekly $. Also included are the basics e.g. coffee/tea/washing powder/milk and general pantry items. The bathroom is shared so I am looking for someone tidy and respectful.

I am the home owner of a lovely bungalow. I work full time. Large garden which you are welcome to help in if interested. One dog (Kelpie) who is outside during the day but in the laundry at night - or sneaks onto my bed if i forget to shut her in. I am mid 60’s and happy to share with someone closer to my own age or a younger animal lover.
