We currently have 3x rooms available at the Ongaonga Lodge. The farm lodge has been recently renovated to provide up to 6 tenants with a comfortable and affordable living environment. Perfect for local workers or anyone looking for a slower paced lifestyle.

The property is conveniently located on state highway 50 and is in close driving proximity to Waipukurau (15min), Dannevirke (22min), Hastings (45min) and Napier (1 hour).

What you’ll love about the property:

• All rent is inclusive of power, internet, water, gas, weekly cleaning and plenty of shared amenities.

• Each room has an internal and external door with your own key.

• Spacious rooms that are furnished with a bed, storage spaces and linen.

• Two shared living spaces, open plan kitchen, large communal dining room and a full wrap around covered veranda for outdoor spaces to be enjoyed.

• Shared fridges, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Room vacancies start at $280 p/w for a single, plus linen service is also available.

Tenancies are available on a renewable 28-90 day lease.

Successful applicants will be required to pay 1x week bond + one week rent in advance.

We currently have 3 other people living at the lodge - one female and two males, all working and friendly people!
