Looking for a flatmate to join a cozy, sunny house in Miramar early December. We want to arrange house viewings asap!

The bedroom is cozy (small:)) with a window facing away from the street (sometimes the neighbours cat visits), away from the main hallway with other flatmates rooms, premium access to the kitchen:D and closer to the back door (convenient if you keep a weird schedule, easy to not disturb the flatmates). All furniture (bed, shelf, clothing rack) can be left for you for if agreed. Room 3M x 2M (ish).

Large open lounge space, excessively large kitchen area (basic utensils toaster, microwave, pots, pans and dishes) separate toilet &shower rooms, washing machine. One parking space for the house and plenty of free street parking. Backyard with fresh mint and space for “projects” (I was excited to work on the backyard but since moving in just couldn’t find the time).

Power, internet, gas is split between the tenants once a month.

Kary and Jay are a couple, Kary works with movies (our resident prosthetic expert) and Jay has recently moved to New Zealand.

Nick works with 3D modelling and spends his free time gaming and working on his war hammer collection.

Edhel works at a movie theatre and makes amazing crochet dolls inspired by Tolkien’s writings.

We sometimes have craft nights, where we work on our projects, or do something together. Last time Edhel got her face cast, YOU COULD BE NEXT (hope this is reads as a fun activity suggestion and not a threat:D)
