Queen sized bed . Easy care. Lovely sunny back garden and bbq free to use whenever . Washing machine outside washing line. With all your bills paid you just need to cook your meals but welcome to use all kitchen facilities . Secure for pets. Your room has a tv with a chrome cast in as well and a heater and electric blanket for winter- there will be a slight increase for power in winter months - 3 months total June July and August. One thing to consider I will need the room from 23 December until 12 January for family. Hopefully we could Sort something out around that
