Natalie's room

Modern spacious home in Orewa/Silverdale area, close to motorways and easy bus access, close to many beaches. The room is a large queen sized room with big wardrobe, comes with a queen bed, side tables, desk and TV if wanted (you’ll need to plug your laptop into it). House has high-speed internet, all mod cons. Shared bathroom with bath and separate shower. Owner has her own bathroom, so sharing mainly with 10 year old son. Ideally looking for someone shorter term till around April 2024.

47 year old professional female, solo mum and 10 year old son. Son will be away in America till the end of Jan. I work from home so I am not wanting someone who will be home all day or be in their room all day. We have two small dogs and a fat cat.

I like the house to be kept tidy but I am a relaxed friendly person.
