Room available for rent to a responsible student or working professional.

We are looking for a tidy and respectful person to join us in our 3 bedroom flat. Rent is $200 per week and $30 for expenses, including fibre internet, water, and power. Two weeks bond is required ($400) and rent is paid in advance.

The house is located at the end of a no exit street with street parking available.

We have a small washing machine and outdoor washing lines.

The house has a little deck out the back and a lawn with a trampoline, lots of herbs and a small lemon tree tucked away in the corner of the yard.

A working fireplace is also available to use during winter.

Two cats are also a part of this flat, so you must be okay with animals.

The current flatmates are 2 working professionals. We tend to keep to ourselves at home with occasuonaional movie night—for us it’s a place to relax after a long day.

The furniture in the room belongs to our previous flatmate, simple study furniture can be provided.

No other pets or animals and no couples :)

Please let me know if you are interested. Weekends or early mornings are best for viewings and to meet.

We are two friends in our 20s, both working professionals.

Two kitties also live in the flat and are arguably the real tenants of the home.
