Hi, our current flatmate is moving back home so we are looking for another person to join us in this 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms new townhouse.

The house is in walking distance (7mins 🚶‍♀️) to train station and bus stop to city, gym facilities, shopping center, hospice, Tai ping supermarket, warehouse store.

We are 3 latin flatmates, in our earliest 30’s, all professionals, so hope you are either study or working like us. Person must be clean and tidy. We split the chores in the house weekly.

The room is on the second floor and you will be sharing the bathroom with one guy .
