One small single furnished bedroom in a clean and tidy furnished apartment in the CBD. The photo of the room is from the real estate company and makes the room look bigger than it is, however the last student stayed 6 months without complaint. Unlimited WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, power and water also included. Single Bed, pillows, sheets and blankets provided. Small outdoor balcony away from street noise. Washing machine, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils provided. CBD location, safe, secure and close to most amenities such as supermarkets, city fun, parks, restaurants, bus routes etc. Building Manager on the same floor. Not a party house, but a chill friendly respectful place. The cost of living/everything is rising, so would like whoever rents the room to be mindful of water, power and general mutual respect towards each other.

Male owner lives in the apartment and other room is female student. Prefer female for this room.
