About the room
Hi all, I am looking to fill 1 bedroom in our cozy Birkdale home. There is myself, one other couple and one other flatmate. All mid-late twenties and all working. Looking for flatmates around similar age. We also have our cat Nacho living here so being an animal lover is a must. Unfortunately Nacho isn’t social to other animals so no more pets allowed.
All bills are included and room is furnished.
One car park is available.
Room 1: Single bedroom $220 for a single person
Move in cost is 1 week rent in advance + 3 weeks rent for bond.
About the roomies
4 current flatmates all mid-late twenties and all working. All gamers in our spare time.
Ideally looking for someone with their own car as public transport is around 10-20min uphill walk away.
