Kiaora all, We are looking to fill 1 bedroom in our cozy Birkdale home. There is my partner and I, one other couple and one female. All mid-late twenties and all working. Looking for flatmates around similar age. We also have our 2 cats Gucci and Nacho living here so being an animal lover is a must. Unfortunately our cats aren’t social to other animals so no more pets allowed.
All bills are included and room is furnished.
Street parking is available, all parking spots in the driveway are taken by existing tenants.
Room 1: Single bedroom $220 for a single person
Move in cost is 1 week rent in advance + 3 weeks rent for bond.
