Hi!

The house is a four-bedroom 1928 bungalow with beautiful views in Onehunga, close to Royal Oak. It’s a short walk to the local shops, train station, etc. It also has easy access to the motorway.

There is a large kitchen dining room with balcony, two living rooms and a big garden with a veggie patch. There’s loads of space so if you have your own furniture, we can easily accommodate.

Your room… Double room with built in wardrobe. The room is part furnished with a queen bed.

Rent is $220 per week, we pay $30 per week per person for bills which covers all power, water, internet, and basic cleaning items. Bond is 3 weeks rent.

No pets or smokers.

You will be living with two couples, mid 20s/ early 30s from UK and Chile all on working holidays.
