Total cost: $1400 Move in date asap It is a three storey house and you’ll be situated on your own floor. You’ll have your own bathroom, lots of natural sunlight and spacious wardrobe. A beautiful kitchen to share and a common lounge for you hang out. You’ll have plenty of space for food in the pantry and fridge. Kitchen appliances are supplied. You’ll be living with myself and three other responsible, clean and friendly flatties all around the same age [24-28] plus a cute tabby cat (he is shy but will warm up to you). We do the occasional flat dinners but we like our own space and respect each other’s boundaries. I run my own business, I love to gym and enjoy having a nice night with chill drinks and good food. Ideal person were looking for is a kept to herself girl working full-time, gets along with the other flatties, maybe a cheeky wine and games night together, but all of us are quite kept to ourselves.
